We are pleased to announce that the A4M October Symposium in Charleston, South Carolina, was a resounding success. Held at the Charleston Place hotel between October 27-29, this three-day event drew in several hundreds of attendees from across the nation for an exciting weekend of innovative, immersive education. Nearly 40 educational sessions led by 18 renowned speakers engaged event participants with the latest research, expert insights, live demonstrations, and hands-on training. Covering intravenous (IV) and chelation therapy, pellet therapy, and longevity medicine, three different workshops delivered impactful takeaways, protocols, and practical strategies to implement directly into clinical practice.

The upcoming Endocrine Balance and Bio-Identical Hormone Restoration Therapy Symposium is the premier event for physicians, researchers, and educators to come together to improve individual hormonal care and further the endocrinology practice. NAMS Releases New Guidelines for Hormone Therapy 

The North American Menopause Society (NAMS) recently released its 2022 Guidelines for Hormone Therapy, an update to its 2017 statement that includes significant additions based on the most current scientific evidence. To provide comprehensive and verified guidelines, NAMS recruited an Advisory Panel of experts in the field to review its 2017 Position Statement, evaluate new literature, assess the evidence, and develop updated recommendations.

The 2022 Hormone Therapy Position Statement reflects the latest research findings and recommendations, further clarifies the balance of risks and benefits of hormone therapy, and provides guidance on additional aspects of health care management relevant to patients experiencing menopause symptoms.
