Dubai Welcomes American Anti-Aging Conference on November 1-3, 2013

A4M will travel to the UAE this fall to present local physicians with the opportunity to learn from American medical professionals

The first weekend in November 2013, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) will bring medical experts and the latest information and research on preventive Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine from the United States to Dubai’s H Hotel. This conference will mark the first event conducted under the auspices of A4M FZ-LLC which was successfully registered in Dubai in September 2013.  The formation of this new International arm is set to introduce American expertise and standards in the field of preventive, regenerative and functional medicine in Dubai.

The conference will include Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (FAARM) Clinical Intensives Module V, pre- conference workshops, sexual health workshop, American Board of Anti-Aging Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM) written and oral certification exams as well as American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP) written certification exams.

Speakers include Lena Edwards, MD, FAARM; Jennifer Landa, MD, OB/GYN, FAARM; Jack Monaco, MD, FAARM; and Pam Smith, MD, MS, MPH. The speakers were selected for their expertise and clinical experience in the field of Anti-Aging Medicine, most of whom are authors and have been featured on US TV shows such as The Dr. Oz Show.  The focus of this year’s event will provide attendees with as much clinical support and resources as possible in order to begin treatment with their patients.  Topics covered will consist of fatigue, weight gain, BHRT in men and women, stress, sex hormone imbalances, thyroid and adrenal dysfunction, insulin resistance, diabetes, gut health, and female and male sexual dysfunction, among others.

“Having this conference in Dubai will introduce local doctors to American expertise on disease prevention prevalent in this part of the world,” stated A4M’s International Project Manager Servane Collette.

Additionally, there will be a pre-conference workshop presented on November 1st to introduce clinical cases and feature live patient consultations for maximum impact.  An evening session will also be offered on female and male sexual dysfunction, a rare but nonetheless fundamental topic within Anti-Aging Medicine.

This year’s conference is unique as vendors and exhibitors will be present including a compounding pharmacy that specializes in anti-aging formulations and a testing lab that offers various anti-aging related diagnostic evaluations, which will allow attendees to meet key suppliers for the first time.  Finally, an exclusive media partnership with NEW YOU magazine, the leading publication in anti-aging news in the region, also guarantees that the valuable information associated with this event will help engage readers and illustrate the benefits that the field of Anti-Aging Medicine has to offer.  For more information, call 1.888.997.0112, or visit www.a4m.com.
